Interestingly enough I just took a look at my backerkit and it now has entries (listed as pending, not yet distributed) for Steam Key, Soundtrack MP3/Wav, and Shadowhawk wallpaper. These weren't there a few days ago from what I remember... *hype*

Two words... virtual keyboard....now it's time to wear out the microswitch in your left mouse button...then you can switch to left handed orientation for the mouse and start working on the right mouse button.... don't give up, keep the refresh going...or you could just run a mouse recorder on a loop but where's the fun in that?
