After latest update it seems worse now when I try to load a game. It keeps saying I don't have a required DLC. It seems to pick one randomly. Most cases on the Xbox Series X/One X I just hit the middle X white button, force exit the game and restart it. Now after the latest update it did it again, said I didn't have Federations. So I forced exit, restart then said I don't have Utopia but have Federations. So I exit again and then it said I didn't have Distant Stars. Argh. Fourth time was the charm. Before I only had to do it once.

Now I swear someone is mocking me now lol.

Is this an Xbox issue or a Tantalus, Paradox issue?

I had the same problem last night on my xbox one x. I had to keep closing the game and retrying. It was like random too cuz everytime the dlcs it said i didnt have were different.

This seems to be an issue tied to the quick-resume feature on Xbox. Completely quitting the game and reloading it from scratch seems to fix it. The team is still investigating this issue, however.
