IMO the HoI3 will already be to simple. I dont want Vicky style game but more complexity would be welcomed.
OTOH Vicky wasnt so difficult - it was the Interface that made many people frustrated. If they would have it more easy to access to every option in game they would find it really simple. And the game was constructed in a way that people didnt even bother to look deeper into it.
