First of all, CPU and GPU drivers are updated, my pc is good not excellent, and Stellaris is Vanilla, so no DLC. So let's move to the problem.

Like many others, I have problems with loading save game that crash me to the desktop. I am having this problem since June. I still think that something went wrong with a patch development. And it's not something related to mods or my PC.
Every time I start a new empire all goes smooth until the years when late crisis should start.

Let talk about mods: the last configuration was:
Archeology Story Pack
Dynamic Political event
Legendary Worlds 2.8x
More Event mod
Origins Extended
Real space New frontiers
Real Space Planetary Exploration
Real space-System scale
Real space 3.7
Slex Stellaris list EXtender
Wild Space
Aggressive Crisis Engine

Also, all these modes are updated.

I tried a game with no mods at all, it runs ok even late crisis, but it's not fun.
I also tried to run a save game that had previously mods, launched the game without them, but it crashes anyway.

So are the modes the real problem? Any thoughts or advice? ^^
Happy Christmast!

I'm going to assume this is through Steam, otherwise the list I'm about to give you will be all kinds of wrong

Launch Steam
Right Click Stellaris
Click Properties
Click Local Files
Verify File Integrity

that might take a bit, but it is a basic check to see if something it missing/corrupted in the game files
then try to launch one of the saves that is giving you a problem (assuming you haven't deleted any of them)

as for launching a saved game that had mods without them, yeah that would cause the game to crash because it is trying to pull information that is no longer available

Thanks for the answer!
Yes, it is through Steam.
I didn't write in the previous message, but I also verified the integrity and everything is ok. Plus: one month ago I also reinstalled the game.
So I would exclude integrity. ^^

Ok do me a favor and I want you to post another message in here including the following attached files; as something tells me this might be more of a tech issue than a game issue

DxDiag.txt [Start search bar, Run, dxdiag, save all information]
settings.txt [Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris]
pdx_settings.txt [same as above]
system.log [same as above]

this doesn't sound like a mod conflict, least as far as I know [if that was the case the game should base crashing much sooner]
and since the game runs fine without mods, this leads me to believe that your PC isn't entirely up to spec to run Stellaris with mods [i.e. it might be up to spec for the base game minimum requirements but nothing beyond that]

Ok, here we are.

Little note: I am using MSI Afterburner to run other game like war thunder, GTA V and Battlefiled, to do so I lowered the clock of my GPU (i know it sound strange, but its the only way to run such games).
I attach the file with the current situation in MSI.

EDIT: 5 minutes ago I also run Stellaris without MSI and so without overclock modification, but still crash. I didn't put so much fate on this last operation, but I just wanted to have a try. ^^

Well there goes that whole "Your PC isn't specced to run modded Stellaris" as that setup should be fine

Maybe I was wrong and it is a mod conflict; or if not a conflict, the mods are drawing too much for the game thus causing the crash

try this
- unsubscribe from all mods
- delete the folder Documents/paradox/Stellaris/mod/
- delete the file Documents/paradox/Stellaris/mods_registry.json
- delete the file Documents/paradox/Stellaris/launcher-v2.sqlite

resub to a few of your mods and start a new game to see if you can get past where it crashes; if you can then start fresh; add more mods and repeat the process until you get a game crash

short of having the support rep come in here and offer his advice i'm running out of ideas on what the cause could be or potential fixes

If as you say the game runs fine with no mods active, then I'm afraid this must be a mod problem which we here cannot help with. As there are multiple mods involved probably best to start a new thread in the User Mods forum and attach your list of mods and an affected saved game there.

Good luck with that!

Little update. Seems running now.
I started a new game and now I reached the year 2447, I should be into the late crisis (Even if I haven't seen it, maybe was fallen empire awaken, but maybe that was destroyed before rising).

The mod list is the following:

Archeology Story Pack
Extra events
I am the senate
Legendary Worlds 2.8x
Real space 3.7
Slex Stellaris list EXtender
Aggressive Crisis Engine

So at this moment, I suppose, maybe what has caused the crashes was one of these mods:
More Event mod
Origins Extended

that is possible

also if a mod was out of date but still being loaded that could have caused an issue because the game was trying to pull data that wasn't accurate

I use more events mod and haven't had an issue, as for origins extended i've never used that so i can't say anything
