No, I'm not working on that part of the mod at this moment. I can however recommend DarkArk:s mod which is being updated quite regularly:

Hi, yes. To at least 95 % I would say. I'm working on making it fully compatible at the moment, but in the meantime you'll be fine using the old version.

I accidently packed it with the files in the "hidden" mode. Try downloading the new version I put in the first post, or "show hidden files" in your file system.

There's a lot more work going on, but I release this in the meantime so you'll have a set that works great with RC3.

-Improved uk, ger, fra infantry and decreased doubles
-Soviet, uk, us, fra nuclear subs
-Complete jap, uk, us, ita, can, ast, fra, rus, sov, swe navy/airforce, fillout using generic models with flags and badges
-Model list adaptation 1.03
-Generic 1.03 models
-Corrected HQ year labels
-Some small fixes and additions here and there

Excellent mod...
If you want, you may use the German Models improvement Project stuff in any way you want. I can provide the .psd file I worked with. It contains every model as a transparent layer.

Thankyou. I'm reworking a lot of the naval stuff now, some of it was done in a hurry when DH was first released, and some icons date back to the good old Armageddon days. Old italian monitors and pre-dreadnoughts for instance, now improved:
