Każdy początek jest trudny- All Beginnings are difficult

Hi, everybody and welcome to my first ARR. Some notes before we start:
-> I am German, and therefore english is not my native language. Also i don't speak polish, so everything written in polish is probably taken from the internet.
-> I would not consider myself a skilled player or very good strategist. I mostly play Paradox Games out of history interest. So my descisions may look foolish sometimes.

Since this is my first ARR, don't expect deeply detailed writing. I will try to produce some POV-Chapters but i am not sure how this will work out.
I play the normal CK II without any mods oder DLC and start as Boleslaw II. the Bold. I appreciate helpful comments and tipps.

Rules: -> I try to do desicions like declarations of war, depending on the Characters Traits, but i will probably break this rule more often than i want (Opportunities)
-> I also try to create a somewhat historical-like Poland
-> Since this shall be a story about Poland, i'll change the dynastie if the Piats die out (but not if they loose their crown or something though)
-> Ironman is off

So that's our Kingdom at the start of the ARR. In 1066 Poland contains 4 dutchies (Greater Poland, Lesser Poland, Silesia and Mazovia). We are surrounded by the HRR in the west, the heathen realms of Pommeria and Pruthenia in the North, as well as Jatwinger (?) and Luthenia in the East. South-East of Poland lies the Grand-Principality of Kiev and in the South the Kingdom of Hungary.

Boleslaw II. Piast, called "the bold". He is strong, diligent, brave and furious, and thous very fitting for early conquests.
He is married to Wyszeslawa of House Rurikid, which provides us an alliance with the Grand Principality of Ryazan.

His brother (and initial heir) is duke of Mazovia, but doesn't seems to be a good ruler. The kings sister was married into house Premyslid of Bohemia, and through his aunt there are even more russian connections. (Possibly also through his mother oder grandmother given the fact that we have weak claims, but i have to check)

So we are ready to start.

So..Overview chapter added and the first chapters will follow during the next days. Hopefully i'll find a better method of hosting images. Any suggestions?

With some luck, i'll be able to add the first chapter tommorow. My laptop thankfully started to relax again, so probably no technical problems in the near future .
