I have seen that this country is missing in the game.

The tag is there. The provinces are prepared for it. It look`s that they had the idea but for any reason abandoned it.

I really don't get why it's still not in the game. I mean, it IS in the game; Infact, you can release it by using the console to give Kazakhstan cores and everything works properly. I just have no idea why it doesn't have cores.
