Are you gonna release Finland as idependent after you have liberated it? It did fought with you as Hungary and Romania and all of them betrayed to communisim.

The Soviets actually pushed me back away from Stalingrad (again), and in doing so even managed to encircle and destroy a couple of my divisions (again).

Eh I don't know. Historically the Reichkomissariats were not puppets, they were German administration areas little different from Northern France, for instance. I don't know if I can come up with something creative for Russia. Eventually I think I will just unite everyone into some sort of European Union.

I doubt st petersburg's fall would do much to the soviets at this point- with so much loss and destruction, what is the loss of a nuclear rubble, especially when the news comes amongst a general southern advance?
