Under pressure from conservative circles of the former Entente, Germany begins granting autonomy to the occupied territories in Eastern Europe. Kingdom of Hungary is restored first.
It is followed by restoration of Kingdom of Albania and the Greek Empire (soon to include more territories in the east).
And finally the Kingdom of Romania is re-created after about 10 years after its disappearance. This is as far as Germany is willing to go right now with its eastern territories, and the established states will be under tight supervision from Berlin anyway, at least for now.
The Allies in East India are in a fairly bad condition.
Sino-Soviet hordes attack the Allied armies in Crimea region, but due to the typically low IQ of its generals, they do so under low organization and at night.
Having failed to capture Metriopol, they attempt to encircle it. Of course they are met with immidiate counter-attack though.
But then the communists attack again, but this time with greater organization, during daytime, and in even grater numbers.
The oddes were to strongly against the allies, so they chose to withdraw to avoid suffering heavy casualties.
However, after this brief retreat, the German naval supremacy in the Black Sea really payed off when the Kriegsmarine made a large-scale manuever which brought almost the entire German army in Crimea region back into action at Metriopol. After a prolonged battle and severe casualties, the enemy was stopped, but just barely and at heavy cost.
And, as everyone expected but refused to believe, the allies meet their end in East India. Most Allied armies are successfully evacuated by sea to South India and Middle East, but not before suffering heavy casualties at the hands of the communists though.
