The Americans decide to help Estonian people get rid of the Soviet monument in Tallinn. To do that, they simply drop a nuke on the monument and solve this silly dispute once and for all.
I nuked the crap out of the SU in a recent game (something like 10 nukes) and it only got them up to about 50 percent dissent. Not enough to cause revolts. The US on the other hand, will collapse with only 6 or 7 nuke strikes.
That's a subjective statement and open for a debate that isn't going to take place in this thread. If the mods deem it offensive, they'll take action. That's why they're there.
I think the German-NATO alliance will harm Germany more than NATO. Look at Germany, its once-great size has been almost reset due to the peace settlement. I think the end of the war will see German reforms to join the rest of democratic Europe. There's no way NATO is going to let Germany keep the land that its taking.

Hmmm.... I doubt the Japanese in your navy would have continued their service when you allied with the Yankees, just like I don't think the Scotsmen or Irish dudes serving in Europe would have continued to fight when they were told that their less-than-a-year-old countries have AGAIN been annexed to UK.
But, as a whole, this is one damn brilliant story. Worth of a novel or something! Keep on going, first Soviets, then the Western world again. 4th WW to come :wacko:

The Japanese would fight with him because the Soviet Union destroyed most of their Army, is allied with China, and also dropped nuclear bombs on Japan with the other Allies. It's been years since they fought with the US and maybe they should get their independence back and you can mil-control them for a second front Kami888.
Also the Irish might not fight but the Scottish would since they've been part of Britain for almost 250 years in this AAR and Scotland and England were joined peacefully by a Scottish King inheriting the English throne, and they would both prefer British rule to being a Nazi puppet.

Kami888, I think you should have the US grant Japan its independence and then you should mil-control them. By this time NATO would want a strong partner in the Pacific and a lot of aid money would have gone into rebuilding the Japanese economy and industry destroyed by the nuclear weapons. Also they should send you expeditionary forces.
I think that once you remove the Soviets from the Balkans you should recreate the Hapsburg Empire, consisting of Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovakia, and a chunk of Southern Poland. Otto von Habsburg should be its leader and it could use ministers/tech teams from any of the individual countries.
They'd have to give up their claims on Austria & the Czech Republic but considering the absolute craziness of this AAR it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that the Germans would recreate an old friend. I'm sure a lot of those nationalities would prefer Monarchy to Stalinism.

BTW, the nuke count, I think, is aproximatelly like this:
7 in Japan
3 in China
3 in Oceania
5 in SU
7 in the rest of Europe
Only America and Africa are free from nukes until now.
