hallo leute hoffe das hir jemand deutsch kann den ich kann kein englisch sorry

Ich habe mir bei amazon das Spiel East India Company gekauft alls gebraucht
nun musste ich feststellen das mein Activierungscode schon regestriert ist und ich mich nicht anmelden kann.

Kann man da was machen den sonst kann ich das spiel ja nicht spielen danke für die antworten

I've bought the game "East India Company" on amazon as a "second hand" copy, and now I realized that the activation code is already registered, so I cannot register myself.

The first thing to do is to ask the seller to give his registration information to you, that is the email with which he has registered. I think if you can provide both the serial number and the email-address of the registration, then the developers might be able to delete the registration and thus enable you to register the game to your own account.

Das erste was ich machen würde ist den Verkäufer um seine Registrierungsdaten zu bitten, d.h. die E-Mail-Adresse mit der er das Spiel registriert hat. Wenn du sowohl den Code als auch die passende Adresse vorweisen kannst, könnte es sein dass die Entwickler sich erbarmen und die alte Registrierung löschen, so dass du das Spiel dann auf deinen eigenen Namen registrieren kannst.

Well as you've bought it from amazon you will definately get a refund, since the "good" was not delivered as it was supposed to be. Germany has very restrictive laws to protect the consumer. I only see a problem here if the seller explicitely stated that the game needed an activation in order to be played, yet that activation is not possible with the copy you buy.
About contacting the developer, posting here as you did is probably the best way to go about it. You could also send a PM to a mod or dev, which would maximize your chance to be heard. But then English was mandatory... I can definately help you with then, and there are many other posters around speaking both English and German.

Da du das Spiel von Amazon gekauft hast, bekommst du mit ziemlicher Sicherheit dein Geld zurück, da es nicht in dem erwarteten Zustand war. Deutschland hat sehr strenge Verbraucherschutzrechte; Ein Problem sähe ich dann, wenn der Verkäufer ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass eine zum SPielen notwendige Aktivierung nicht möglich ist.
Um den Hersteller zu kontaktieren ist der von dir eingeschlagene Weg über dieses Forum hier schon der richtige. Noch schneller ginge es, wenn du einem Moderator oder einem der Entwickler eine Private Nachricht zuschicken würdest (über dieses Forum), aber dafür ist Englisch Pflicht. Ich kann dir da auf jeden Fall helfen, aber hier gibt es ne Menge anderer Poster die sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen.

Well the developers only get money for the original sale, after that it's only work for them without any monetary compensation. I can understand their policy, even if I don't agree with the registration thing. Just get your money back from the seller and buy the original game for €38,95 instead of the second hand one for "more than thirty euros".

Ich bin aber sehr skeptisch ob es legal ist den Wiederverkauf von Computerspielen mit technischen Mitteln so stark zu erschweren wie es hier oder bei einigen anderen Spielen der Fall zu sein scheint. Genau das nun technisch unmöglich zu machen indem man eine spezielle Kopie einer Software an eine Person bindet widerspricht meiner Meinung nach gegen diesen Grundsatz.
