I've thought long and hard about the weird red lines that keep appearing. I think I found the answer, it's caused by the sun setting and leaving some of its redness on the earth! What do you think?

I cannot agree, why would the sun ever set upon the borders of Kanem Bornu?
I rather think that if an animist rebel crosses the line he immediatly wobbles into a wet spot. Considering Kanem Bornu have had very many rebels lately this could explain the red lines![]()
I was more or less refering to a certain infamous Danish family line.
I'm sure it would explain a lot of red lines and red areas, but I don't think it explains the 'mysterious red lines'
Where else would it set but where the Great Abu deems it to?I cannot agree, why would the sun ever set upon the borders of Kanem Bornu?
Hm, it could be just that the native native animists slaughter the rebellious native animists as the cross the native native borders.I rather think that if an animist rebel crosses the line he immediatly wobbles into a wet spot. *bets he'll spend the next few months' free time and more on reading Knut's descendants' wacky adventures*Ohhhhhhhh...
I didnt read that one.

Alas, poor Johan, we 'ardly knew 'im.
But a fort is more fun to club from as it raised up. Surely that is ok? Glad the dragon is liked.FORTS! The armies of Kanem Bornu need no defensive structures! Only a place to club!
Oh, and loved the dragon, awesome
Certainly it is rather a good moment when I can build those forts up.Now those rebels won't take you by suprise. You are probably praising something right now. I know when I first get to level 1 fort I start to cry
Love the dragon![]()
Hmmm, I hadn;t noticed that. A conspiracy it must be.Astonishing discoveries in this updates... filthy animists, fire-breathing dragons and forts... and... they all start with 'f'!!!![]()
It certainly doesn't take much to set some people to calling for bloodUhh a dragon
Animist ! Club him!
I hope they make the change from living to dead rather soon. Here be dragons.
Filthy animists are soon dead filthy animists, I wish.
Who stole the clothes from the explorers?![]()
Quite right, I'll be on the look out.An F conspiracy!![]()
Thanks you.Awesome AAR :rofl:, I'll be following it.
Finally, a definite answer to that question.Easy, as much as it takes to keep a steady supply of clubs
All ought to fear. And they will. All fear the dragon nation!!!!! uber of them all!
A fantastic idea. You should make the Dragon tail larger, annex those animist scum
I must also say thank you for the voting call in your signature.I would be honored!![]()
I hope it does. Research will look into the throwing club but if it is found to not be very fun then don't expect to see it in action.Does this fort thingy have holes for clubbing the siegers? It should have holes from where the clubs can swing and hit the enemy climbing the wall.
Next I recommend researching the throwable club!![]()
I shouldn't worry about that they will be long dead. But then the enemies might club the defenders through those holes...
Sounds like a casus belli to me.Even better to annex Bantu now. Ugly flag and they are animists!
At the end of the day it is obvious that spears are inferior to clubs and the spears shall lose. The enemies are heretical Spear-usersbut we can only hope their pointy sticks will soon be smashed by the mighty club of Kanem-Bornu (or possibly incinerated by their fiery breath)
A fine tactic. Because it ends in clubbing.Step to the side, and club their spear thingies when they stick them in the hole. Problem solved.
It does a bit but we will cope with a little dirtiness, Kanem Bornu can cope with anything. That sounds very dirty. This is Kanem Bornu, not Denmark or pagan Scandinavia!
Glad to have you along and thank you for the vote in the ACAs.Reading 1. pages.
Sounds good.
Keeps on reading...............
Haha I'm quite the same my room will probably not be so tidy again. As for the hole well I must admit I hadn't considered what it might be.This won't do. A thesis is primarily supposed to teach you the art of procrastination, don't you know? I was inordinately fond of cleaning windows, floors and even toilets while writing mine, but you have found a much nobler way to achieve sublime procrastination: keeping us laughing uncontrollably (no disrespect meant to the ruler of KB, please don't club me).
Uhhh... doesn't anybody else notice that there's a big hole full of water in the middle of the Dragon? This does not look like a good omen, I'm worried.
Sounds plausible to me.Bladder?
Hmmm, maybe. It's a cloud of course!
Thank you.Do you mind.......
Im danish...... Caught up right now. Hilarious. Will be following. I should probably be thinking of the prospect of changing my avatar. It is already used
It could be but I prefer to go with blood. It suggests much more action ahead for KB.I've thought long and hard about the weird red lines that keep appearing. I think I found the answer, it's caused by the sun setting and leaving some of its redness on the earth! What do you think?
Possibly.I cannot agree, why would the sun ever set upon the borders of Kanem Bornu?

This is my preferred explanation. After a severe clubbing near the border some very thoughtfull citizens have been dragging the bleeding corpses around to intimidate and frighten any filthy animists that they come across.
Or so I have heard.
This involves blood so sounds plausible to me too.Where else would it set but where the Great Abu deems it to?
It is not the realm that extends further and further in direction of the setting sun, but the sun that sets further and further to the west as the realm extends!
Hm, it could be just that the native native animists slaughter the rebellious native animists as the cross the native native borders.
The forts soon prove their worth as the rebel advance in stopped dead in its tracks. A second surprise awaits them at the end of that arrow and it is likely to leave them dead full stop.
The narrow-minded attitude was so well renowned that a popular joke in nearby countries went something like this.
"How many Kanem Bornuans does it take to change a candle?"
"Two. One to change it and one to club the first to death and put the old candle back."
A second surprise awaits them at the end of that arrow and it is likely to leave them dead full stop.
I think that the forts should have a giant club that works like an catapult, but instead of an catapult it hits the ground where the enemy troops are. It would club more than 10 people once!
