It is possible to create an event to unite the Kalmar union however. It has a country tag (KAL) and flags etc. ready.

But KAL tag comes with the warning in the FAQ 'not a real country'.
So it might not work with that tag. In that case use U00 or U19 instead, so the point I was raising is moot.
