It is not that impossible, that it's from KR. KR is popular among some Russian gamers. Some of them could be government people. It has a chance, because DH is a political and war game, and if a government person is playing games, than he/she could play DH and KR also. So lets take a random Dimitrij. Dimitrij is influential, because he had some good political ideas earlier. He plays KR for years now, and one they he is thinking: to hell with this, let make a portion of KR reality. He than goes to a buddy of his, who is the secretary of a minister. They drink vodka, and talk about this. Some days later he drops it on the minister, who will probably never know, that it is from a game. The minister is very happy, that "he" had a brilliant idea and goes to Putin as a loyal lackey to tell him about his revelation. Putin (not knowing about KR as well) thinks about it, and says yes.

I think I made the same joke to myself around the time that putin annexed crimea and started trouble in eastern Ukraine, which are both things you can do in kaiserreich only it doesn't go as easy for him :D

but if the the name's the same then that's amazing ( I used to play Russia a lot but mostly with the archduke and wrangel rather then just wrangel)

Yes, it is actually called the Yunarmia :D Click here for more. They named it Юнармия, or in transcription, Yunarmija or the Yunarmia. First I went on a googleing rampage to find any historical record of any such organization existing under the same name. I know Russia has a long history of those types of militarized youth movements so maybe they are just reviving some old practice. Like Sokol movement in other Slavic countries.

But no, there was no such movement under the name Юнармия any time in the Russian history. This is the first one and it straight out of Kaiserreich XD

Not only that, but one of the Cossack military leaders spoke of Putin as the new "Tsar" that they must loyally serve.

Well the "Putin as Tsar" thing is going on for years now. Basically there is a faction that wants him to take the thrown. (We are speaking about thousands upon thousands of people.)
Putin could do that, but he is much smarter than that. As a President he has a much larger direct control, influence and power. He would basically move back one step for a worthless fancy title.

Not only that, but one of the Cossack military leaders spoke of Putin as the new "Tsar" that they must loyally serve.

Cossaks serve whom ever is winnning. During the Civil War they refused to fight the communists in Petrovgrad when the revolt is still young and sided with the protesters against the Tsar they swore to protect. In WWII once again, they sided with the enemy - Germans were winning and the Cossaks formed a cavalry division to help the Germans. Now, Putin is all the rage these days so they will serve him... until someone more powerful or popular comes along. Then, they will proclaim the 'undying loyalty' to the next guy :D

But as Khor said, Putin as Tsar is an old concept. Not only in Russia but most of the Eastern Europe. In Serbia you hear it every day. People here like Putin more than to eat bread (that is a local saying - means you love him more than anything). He is something in between a God and the Tsar here. I am guessing he is not so treated within his own people even :D

So anyway after playing as the CSA, I think an event chain about gun ownership would give it some flavor. There'd probably be a substantial amount of people owning guns that would threaten the integrity of the revolution.
Maybe some of the choices could be the forced seizure of guns (high dissent, more authoritarian and closed society), allowing some guns but stricter measures or leaving everything as is (chance of revolt or quicker integration).

Not possible. Only Kaiserreich crash. After this communicate, game started at DH Dark :/
Yes, because the launcher cannot edit the file to select the mod and so the default start.
But there's still the problem that the game doesn't have the right to modify files in its own folder.
So I ask again, where did you install the game? Which version is it? Did you buy it from Steam or somewhere else?

Just run it in administrator mode and set permissions for the install folder to everyone. And if it says read-only, undo that.

It was quick install, not by steam or other online ways.
What do you mean with quick install? Steam or the other installer should have set the correct permissions.
Where did you get the game from exactly? It's not correct that the permissions are wrong.

Three bugs:
1. Sahel and Touareg Confederation share same orange colour
2. Nationalist France has default capital in Algiers even if I liberate them while also controlling France proper
3. As Commune (or any socialist nation) I can actually liberate National France...

Speaking of France: there should be option for non-German player (mostly Entente, but also non-aligned, such as Russia or USA/AUS) to liberate National France in "Partition of France" event if VIC ceased to exist (same as recreation of deceased German Empire).

EDIT: Did actually Russia leave Entente? AFAIK republican government had decided to uphold their commintment to EC, so theoretically Russia could be in Entente for few days in January (till assassination of Kerensky).

EDIT2: Joseph Kasavubu and Jomo Kenyatta are ministers in Beninkongo and Bantu Federation...

I assume this has already been answered but will this be made for HOI4?
Probably, but I believe the devs said that the DH version will take precedence in development.
