The thing is, I'm not sure anyone would really care in KR. He's literally a nobody by the time KR starts. At worst, Bolsheviks and other revolutionaries from the 1920s who hadn't moved onto Syndicalism hate him because of the role he played in triggering the German Intervention in Russia, but that's it. He's a relic of a bygone era, a failed experiment.
But don't you think the reactionary & conservative goverments of the world would be a bit nervous if they saw him in their nations?

Not really. He has precisely less than zero influence on anyone anywhere. The only people, bar a literal handful of non-influential people in a few nations across the globe, who have any feelings for him at all, it's dislike.

Guys any help? i can't run Kaiserreich, it's my second time reinstalling kaiserreich but it can't seems to work.
So i've encountered a problem were the game crashes around march-may 1938 when the Tuareg rebel against National France, it has gotten so bad that i can barely load game without it crashing.

I chose the nationalist France then evolve in French empire. I avail of the war between international and mittle europa in 1939 to recover the south of France that I get officially with the treaty of Bordeaux in 1940. My capital is located in Marseille, I recover Chambery and Nice but not Corsica. I continue to make war by creating the Arab federation in 1942/1943 then I defeat England in 1947 before the Germans. I decided to prepare war against germany and I declare war in 1951, in fact I find it unfortunate that there was no event like a war of reconquest. I beat the kingdom of France and during the event: "return to the mainland," I choose the option "back to Paris, her splendor awaits.": I lose 5 pp and my main provinces will not be in Africa but my capital remains in Marseille and even when I finished the war in 1952. There is also no real event after the end of the war about the mittle europai have choice only for Sri Lanka, the Baltic states and the Czech Republic.
Is this normal, or a bug is possible?
Note that I played with version 1.7 with hotfix with darkest hour game on steam.

There was one, but I forgot what happened to it. The second is Dawn of Weltkrieg which was based on Kaiserreich lore, but deviated from it (luckily, because what looks good on paper doesn't mean that it would be great to play it.) Sadly non of them has a playable version. (Maybe later there will be one from DoW.)
It would be quite unpossible, I think, to make a post-Weltkrieg scenario and then make enough events that the world can shape into what KR 1936 is. Napoleon's Legacy tried that, and it just leaves both scenarios woefully incomplete, and you never get the 1936 result, since so much divergence.
