When I launch DH Kaiserreich , I get the error
"1 error(s) found in external files" then it tells me to check savedebug.txt (http://pastebin.com/aU7UCKkV). I can press three buttons: Abort, Try again and Ignore.

Abort gives me the error "abnormal program termination [darkesthourexe file location]" before crashing the game. Try again crashes the game; and Ignore let's the game play, but it crashes 1st March when playing Austria and 15th january or something when playing France.

If there is a fix, I would love to try it.


Additional info: I have the game set to BETA 1.04_rc1 on Steam, but it didnt work on normal either. I have downloaded the hot-fix

In the KR universe who is Otto von Hapsburg married to? I'd assume he'd aim a little higher than Princess Regina if he's an acting Emperor (rather than just the nominal King of Hungary).

With Full DH there are no problems

Most likely yes. We'll only know for sure once HoI4 is out and we learn how much moddable it turns out to be, but the team intents on continuing the work, yes.

It's the Ottoman Empire we're talking about, a decadent multi-ethnic empire which must face the nascent nationalisms of the Arabs and Albanians and revanchism from the Balkan powers. Of course there would be lots of revolts.

But, if you want to propose new content for the Ottomans, please, go ahead and suggest. KR only became what it is now because of the contributions from dozens and dozens of users since 2005.

Ottomans should have events like Russia (foreign policy, industralization, assasination of head of the goverment, social, navy and army reforms etc)

in the event of Ukraine in disarray, Ottomans should have option to seize crimea and if Russia opposes it, there should be event with options like create a pro-ottoman, pro-russian or neutral Crimean state or just ignore the Russian threats

if Ukraine chooses to opress its minorities Ottoman empire and Russia may sign alliance pact first and if German empire doesn't bats eye they may declare war on Ukraine otherwise alliance will be broken

Ottoman Ostwall program

Russia-Don Kuban-like events for Ottoman Empire-Mountainous Republic and Ottoman Empire-Azerbaijan

Istanbul-Ankara-Batum-Baghdad-Hedjaz-Sinai Autobahn construction event

Elections (Nihal Atsız as fascist, Mustafa Kemal then (Kazım Karabekir after 1938) as die-hard reformist, Nazım Hikmet as syndie.(or just appointing one of the Die hard reformer or Stern imperialist Princes as Head of the Goverment)

Libya Bug, having few issues like when i managed to crush the rebellion then create puppet libya but it just declares independence again and again...but yeah it stays as puppet then reenters the alliance...its annoying though.

Reclaiming the former lands foreign policy events/decisions like Russia has

Doctrine Change events etc etc

yeah i know but it can be more flavoured you see?
also yes i did suggested some ideas before but it got rejected because "ottomans are too busy enough to contain revolts and it cant be bothered by other stuff"

Russia starts in KR as almost monoethnical state, while the Ottoman Empire doesn`t. So, the Russian government can use some welfare programms to reduce dissent (if you choose Dmitri Pavlovich, you get some events about it), while the Ottoman Empire is almost in the same situation, but also has problems with the Arabian citizens.

Anyway, if you can write some events about industralization, elections, infrastructure e.t.c, it would be great!

need to learn how to write some events first, only wrote some cheat events that only fired with console commands in the past but thats all...

Graphical additions (be they skins or newspaper headers or minister pics or whatever) won't break savegames or anything. Of course, if you replace an old skin with a new one, the old is gone and the new one will show up on your savegame instead.
