I was playing an AUS game, and the foreign policy could use some work. I got no events to help Germany (though they were doing well, so maybe that's it) and I got an event which allowed me to declare war on Mexico, but there's no follow-up. I was hoping I would be guided into a grand liberation of South America and perhaps integration of Mexico or something, kind of like the CSA's events for Canada, but nothing of the sort happens.

Also, if the PSA annexes Hawaii, it's kind of impossible to annex them, or at least it was for me, as my ships couldn't go far enough to land troops in Hawaii. The AUS as a whole really could use more work!

Only solution I can think of for the second one would be an event triggering the surrender of the PSA if all their mainland territories are capped

That's what I was thinking, as it makes the most sense. Hawaii could at least secede again or something if that's not realistic enough. It's almost as bad as Germany hiding on Pacific islands.

Also, I noticed "Tucson" as in "Tucson, Arizona" is spelt "Tuscon" on the map. I don't know if this is a vanilla issue or a KR issue though.

Depends upon what kind of autocrat title Wrangle assumes upon taking power. If he's a Tsar, that ought to fit into it, if he's the HoG of a tsarist government - Black Baron could work, but IF he assumes power as the modern autocrat, nothing short of Vozhd would be fitting!

As Meadow's Golos would say:

ALL GLORY TO THE VOZHD[/center]

To be honest, as a Cossack/Russian myself I'm a bit perplexed by the choice of Wrangel for Russia's Fascist leader.

In OTL's Russian Civil War, Wrangel was one of the most progressive generals in the White Army. He was a Constitutional Monarchist who implemented widespread labour and land reforms that were right out of the SR's playbook, and he was also one of the most tolerant of the White commanders towards national minorities and Jews.

If any of the White generals had 'fascist potential,' then my vote goes to Kornilov or Kolchak. However, even those two are a stretch. If anybody in a post-RCW, White-ruled Russia went fascist, then it would be a minor officer or perhaps even an ex-Red. The vast majority of the White generals were pro-autocracy, but they were avowed traditionalists and not revolutionary fascists.

I don't think it's too far-fetched actually. Perhaps his experience under Kerensky had ruined whatever respect he had for democracy.

I don't think he has to be a Hitler even to gain that power. National Populism isn't necessarily National Socialism carried over to Kaissereich. Perhaps Wrangel begins to think that the only way to create a fair and just Russian society is by making himself a Supreme Dictator. After all, he's as much the Stalin of Kaiserreich as anything else.

Maybe being on the winning side changed him? Like Mussolini still being a socialist.

Fascism is mainly an evolution of nationalist socialism*. ;)

* Not confuse with Nationalsocialism.

As Poland-Lithuanian Commonwealth, I chose the National-Populists to lead. I was asked which language would be used, said bi-lingual, and the National-Populists...launched a coup anyways? I understand why they would, but it didn't change my government at all.
They could have at least got rid of the Lithuanian monarch or something rather than just going back to work!

Also, PSA really needs events for winning the U.S. Civil War...
in my game, they fought the AUS all the way to New York City, annexing the CSA (the U.S. was already annexed, so no chance of annexing them.)
However, the one province AUS won the U.S. Civil War because the PSA only wanted independence. Now my game is ruined because there's a patchwork map of the U.S. due to the PSA's annexation of the CSA...
View attachment 75659

In addition, when Finland demands Russian land and only takes Karelia, Murmansk becomes a Russian island and if the Soviets take everything else, the Russians will never be annexed, as the Soviets never get to Murmansk no matter what. This is compounded when Turkestan decides to declare war on Russia and takes bits and pieces of Siberian-puppet land (if Siberia is a Russian puppet,) making yet another patchwork map, which I hate to see.

Here are the revised minister traits for Denikin that I promised a while ago. Thoghts?

Code:
minister =  {
		trait		= "Civil War Hero"
		id			= 122
		name		= "Civil War Hero"
		desc = "Anton Ivanovich Denikin is a Russian military officer. The current Defence Minister and Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, he is one of the surviving and most known White Generals of the Russian Civil War."
		position	= headofstate
		value		= 0
                command	        = { type = unit which = infantry when = attack value = 0.0500 }
                command	        = { type = unit which = infantry when = defence value = 0.0500 }
                command 	        = { type = unit which = cavalry when = attack value = 0.1000 }
		command		= { type = dissent value = -0.0500 }
		command		= { type = belligerence which = war value = 0.5000 }
		command		= { type = populationgrowth value = 0.0500 }
		command		= { type = supply_consumption value = 0.0500 }
		command 	        = { type = unit when = organisation value = 0.0500 }
		command 	        = { type = unit when = morale value = 0.0500 }
                command		= { type = unit which = infantry when = organisation value = 0.0500 }
	}

Also how do I insert it for NPERSONALITY string? I don't know how to do that.

I’ve been playing Kaiserreich for some years now, both on HOI2 and DH, and have noticed how rarely the Internationale win the 2nd Weltkrieg. Usually the alliance includes only France, Socialist Italy and Britain. If the FAI-CNT win in Spain they usually join also. But no other syndicalist countries join up. Up to recently I had never played as the French Commune and I discovered that it is a simple matter, as a player, to bring in the Bhartariya Commune, Brazil, Mexico and Bolivia to the alliance. However, when playing as Brazil, it is impossible to join the Internationale via diplomacy and the French AI never requests Brazil to join. Why is this? It seems the game is weighted against the syndicalists.
At the moment I’m playing a game as the Commune of France trying to win using an indirect strategy; by avoiding taking the decision ‘Alsace or War’ and relying on others to attack my allies. The Bhartariya Commune won a war against the Princely Federation and annexed them. La Plata, Peru and Chile attacked Brazil and Bolivia and have now been conquered and annexed, thanks to 18 French divisions I sent to help. My belligerence has dropped from 24 to 18 during this period and the Internationale has the most VPs at the moment. Still it’s only 1942 and there’s a long way to go.
FYI, I'm still playing v1.02 DH and have yet to upgrade to the new beta (too many fun games still in progress).

Someone really didn't like Russia in that game.
Russia was losing to the Cossacks, the Finns, the Siberians, and the Soviets (hard to beat a 4-way invasion,) but then they randomly joined Mitteleuropa, not even through events, so the Germans are making the map look horrible.
Austria also got invaded by everyone possible and lost land to Serbia, the Italians, and the Poles, who also somehow took part of Hungary.
Needless to say, I kind of abandoned the save file...

I'd say use the 1.4 beta, since there's not much wrong with it at all.
I found it on their site but it's not in the OP for some reason.
