Chapter XXI: The end of the Southern Crusade (October 5th, 1947 – November 7th, 1948)
On October 24th, 1947, the CSA declared war on the Philippines – they would be an excellent base for operations on the Asian Mainland.
In November, Japan annexed what remained of the German Empire. The Ottoman Empire was the last member of Mitteleuropa that continued the fight.

The Philippines have become another totalist nation.
Brazil had been liberated – Peru would follow
La Plata had been liberated and war had been declared on Bolivia.

Chapter XXII: The CSA at a crossroads (November 1948)
The worldwide situation was complex. While the totalist CSA was the strongest power in the world, it was isolated from the socialist Internationale. All attempts to unite these two ideologies failed due to the resistance of the Commune of France, which blocked every attempt of the CSA to join.
The public was more or less prepared to accept that there would be a totalist western Hemisphere and a socialist rest of the world.
The Entente – consisting of Afghanistan, Dehli and Persia – was invaded by the Internationale.

Mitteleuropa consisted of the Ottoman Empire – whoever defeated Persia would be able to march into it.
In Asia, Japan, the Qing Empire, Mongolia and Siberia were ruled by reactionary regimes.
Europe. Mostly ruled by the Internationale, but Russia remained a strong reactionary power.
Last but not least: The western Hemisphere.
Mexico and Centroamerica were ruled by Socialist regimes. However, they were not formally part of the Internationale.
Basically, 3 different courses were examined.
(a) Trying to grab the remains of the Entente and Mitteleuropa
This would be a race against the Internationale. The CSA would have to operate far from her bases. The result would a mixup – some totalist territory here, some socialist territory there.
(b) Going after the Internationale
While the CSA could easily defeat each member of the Internationale, the combined Strength of the Internationale was nearly as strong as the CSA. Furthermore, while the totalist states and the Internationale would fight each other, the reactionary states could take advantage of the situation.
(c) Going after the reactionary states. Within one year, the CSA navy would grow from 12 to 16 carriers. Together with the 6 super heavy battleships, the two captured US battleships and lots of smaller units, it should be possible to invade Japan and then defeat each of the reactionary sates. And Russia, Siberia and parts of what was currently occupied by Japan could be formed into a really big totalist state. A state that would dominate Eurasia in a way like the CSA dominated the western Hemisphere…..

I'd say take over Japan, then take Siberia and move West, then release a Russian Superstate.
Chapter XXIII: Positioning the forces for the next major war (November 8th, 1948 – November 23rd, 1949)
The main strategy was to go after the Asian mainland. But first, the western hemisphere had to be secured – having two socialist nations in the backyard was simply too risky. What if the majority of the CSA forces would fight in Siberia, and Mexico would suddenly join the Internationale? If the Commune of France and the Union of Britain would suddenly amass their armies just south of the CSA border?
As a result, troops where moved from South America to the southern part of the CSA. If the Internationale would go to war over Mexico and Centroamerica, the CSA would liberate these two nations anyway, and then start a crusade in Europe.
If the Internationale would do nothing, the next target would be in Asia.
As more ground troops were needed anyway, 40 new infantry divisions were raised
On May 1st, 1949, war was declared on Mexico.
Six weeks later, Mexico was annexed.
On June 21st, the war Against Centroamerica followed – and on July 18th, this war ended with the liberation of Mexico and Centroamerica as free, totalist states.

A massive troop movement was conducted, and by November 23rd, everything was in place – the bulk of the army concentrated in the Philippines, the navy concentrated in the Philippines and around wake island.
Meanwhile, the Union of Britain annexed Afghanistan and Persia – the Entente did no longer exist.

Now that the western hemisphere is secured, going against Japan is the most likely action. Politically, it could be justified by the fact during the 2nd American civil war, that Japan grabbed Guam. On the other hand...Japan isn't totalist, and if that is not a sufficient casus belli.....

Chapter XXIV: The Invasion of Japan (November 24th, 1949 – August 10th, 1950)
The Empire of Japan – controlling large parts of Asia.
The war started on December 3rd with a sea battle at Okinawa.
The first major sea battle followed on December 4th, with the Japanese desperately attempting to prevent the liberation of Formosa
(The Japanese fleet escaped, losing only one heavy and one light cruiser)
Another battle around Okinawa led to the first Japanese capital ships losses.
The first beachhead.
On December 21st, the first major setback occurred:
CSS Equality was lost.
Six days later, Formosa was taken.
On January 27th, Northern Okinawa was taken
The beginning of the end.
Another setback.
CSS Marx. Her achievements for freedom and totalism will never be forgotten.
Unfortunately, Japan decided to form a defensive front at Kobe that was so strong that the 2nd CSA nuke was used.
By August 10th, the four main islands were taken.
Meanwhile, the war against Mitteleuropa ended when the Union of Britain annexed the Ottoman Empire.

Poor Japan! It had the same fate both IRL and in KR, but.... a syndie one instead of an.... liberal? one xD
It is far more important to have one or two large allies in Eurasia, rather than a dozen weakened states, the logistical nightmare of making supply lines through five different nations alone would be horrific for your armies in their eventual attack against the Internationale.
