Nicophorus, I see you are stepping on France in 39. Is this an arguement that having human France, does not unbalance the game in favour of Allies?

Let me break down the session a bit more, since I enjoy reading about others sessions.
-Regular and stable start up
-Axis grew to include Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, and Portugal!! (portugal was booted out of the alliance cause they where not cool enough ((I forgot that there was a list of eligible axis allies... my head was in the MEM mod rules)) )
-The republicans in Spain (read: commie scum) won the spanish civl war, with running commentary from all players (more fun watching SCW then techs running). Does Franco ever win anymore? I always see his sorry ass loose
-Japan went national socialist, and plunged into war with china.. had alot of hickups! China counter attacked, at times cutting off japaneese forces ,etc. China even had some tankso . But after a heroic struggle, they fell... only to RISE from the ashes under Mao Zedong who went on a blitz of conquest and took half of china back before Japan contained and annexed him. (watching this war was almost as fun as watching the SCW, and less depressing cause we knew the human would really win no matter what in the end~)
-Danzig or WAR started up and Poland got rolled over super quick style. Italy broke through into southern France at the same time as Poland buckled. UK walked into Lybia, and Germany in turn walked into and through a weak Belgium and undefended Wallonia (is that what you call north west france? heh). I was wondering what was up when I noticed even the Magionot line was abandoned at this time. After a few provinces we see that France has decided to mega stack Paris and the adjacent provinces. And that is where the UK player had to quit, leaving the assult on the Paris area for next time.
Too bad most of us are involved in other games or what not, and it will be hard as hell to make a second session. Untill next saturday~

I had never played japan before so this is a challenge. As it stands I am national Socialist, All of China is in my hands. There was lots of hick-ups. First off I didnt think the chinese would have tanks and 36 inf. This made is really difficult for me. I pretty much had to slog my way through china and didnt get done till early 1939. An extremely heroic stand bye a handful of chinese divisions backed bye tanks at a river in northern china held me back for 8 months and caused terrible casualties. A subsequent landing in shangai was launched, after much success, this too was contained and went from 12 provinces down too one stinkin beachead surrounded by Nat China forces. We almost had to evacuate, but at the last minute, a chinese attack which would of broken me, and the 22 divisions in the beach head was beat back by powerful ships and aircraft. paving the way for a counter-attack and second break out.
Then I made a seperate peace with Comm China. All of a sudden the commie's dow'ed and what like 35 Divisions crashed through the ungaurded borders re-taking 1/3 part of china west before they could contain, defeated, and annexed.
As of now its under my control. The fleet is in great shape and unscathed, most definately the strongest in the world! Japan emerged from the chinese conflict with a huge ground force due to frantic serial builds, over 100 Divs. Even some armor. Sadly we only have about 170 IC and right before UK left we were about to take out Tibet. Owell. Looks like Mefist and Nico have France wrapped up nicely. Tiger is a competant player and I bet he will have thought of everything before barbarassa (limited pact prolly pissed him off)
NExt Saturday will be a grand session indeed.

Hey guys, I have been busy lately sorry for my quietness. That website Thehangoutcrew.com seems to be pretty cool. It would be nice if our group joined it. It would give our group its own personal website. IO have been talking to rubdog and hoiking and they seem pretty nice. They are going to use my TS server as well and I think Nico is already a member as well. What do you guys think?
I logged on there. It seems pretty cool. I am on two other boards related to HOI, already so I haven't had a chance to hang out, so to speak, though its a nice web site that is for sure. I hope it does well and evolves.
