Mongols conquered Francia in 1327 and then Conquered Hispania 20 years later. 30 years after that a 4 line succession of females restored Roman lands and reformed the roman empire.

Judging by the culture picture I think Francia was formed earlier and went on to holy war the ummayyards and made Hispania and Francia all french.
Also Lombardian culture survived in North Africa.
I got to see some stuff happen in Europe before I took the picture and it looks like Portugal and some other dukes led a independence fraction vs the mongols. But now King of Portugal converted to Sunni and is picking off those independent dukes
