Hey I know it is possile to create nations wthout provinces and give them I.C. through events so I was wondering if it would be possible to represent the Waffen-SS and other foreign legions that fought for the Reich through this system. I think it would really add some depth to the game, it would also be cool if partisan movements could be created like the Ukranian Nationalists and Ukrainian Communists. Epic three way wars could be added on the Eastern front between Germans, Communists and Nationalists. Any feed back would be appreciated.
