Now, I know he didn't rise to power until 1922, but, however, he created the "Fasci d'Azione Rivoluzionaria" in.. i think, 1917 or so?

So anyway, what would it be? Socialist / Presidential Dictatorship? Reactionary / Constitutional Monarchy?

I mean, I'm sure it would be Jingoist, State Capitalism, etc... but Ideology is the hard thing to throw down.

Fascism can't readily be classified according to the ideological schema in Victoria. At the very beginning of its existence, the Italian fascist party could be classified as 'socialist', but it had changed quite a lot even in the few years before the end of the Victoria period.
