Looks pretty good for your first city.
You might also get some good pointers/advice from this other thread in this forum. Take a look at it when you can later:

The advice and suggestions are somewhat "mixed" by many users who have posted, but use your best judgment on what will work for you.
One thing I advise you to do, is to pre-plan what 9 tiles you will
more than likely purchase as your city grows. Push the big globe button in the very bottom-left corner of your screen to get a very high-up birds-eye view of the area (when done, push this button again to go back to normal view). Look to see what direction you will grow, and plan to extend your freeway system towards that direction. When deciding what tiles to expand to, take into consideration where valuable resources are located (like oil). If you want to later play with ships/vessels you will need a tile with a large body of water (the edge of a sea/ocean). With trains, you will need a tile that has a train line you can connect to. Etc, etc.
Don't forget to use the Cities Skylines Wiki page on the web, to get information on things/structures you are confused about. Here is a direct link:

Have fun, and keep posting pictures as you expand.
PS: To most players, your first city is usually a learning lesson. If after just a couple of weeks of playing you think you would like to start over (because you have better ideas, or wish you would have done this or that) don't be afraid of doing so. Some of us spend many months and hundreds of hours on just one city.
