just named a regent

So I play as king of Bohemia, and I have just been named the regent of the Kaiser who is currently incapable. How can I benefit from this situation? For example, I would like to lower crown authority but I cannot see any button that would allow me to do this ... I can remember in an older campaign, it happened to me in the opposite, when my character (Kaiser) got under regency of one vassal who lowered the crown authority even twice.

Any ideas how to exploit this situation?

Make a faction to lower crown authority and they'll be forced to accept once you issue demands. Same goes for any other faction.

Why go for just lowering crown authority (pre Conclave) or increasing council power (Conclave) when I you can also embezzle...I mean acquire the Kaiser's money and or usurp...I mean award myself or my friends some of the Kaiser's rich lands? That's what I would do if I was named regent and I had the greedy trait.

I already tried to initiate a faction "King Vratislav (= me) for emperor!", in the hope that when I put the ultimatum, my character will be on both sides of the equation - both issuing ultimatum AND accepting the ultimatum. I had about 25% military strength of the emperor and no other duke joined my faction, but why should that matter? But to my surprise the ultimatum was rejected by the Kaiser and he declared war on me. I do not get it: the whole purpose of a regent is to make decisions on behalf of the incapable monarch, so how such request can be denied?

How do I acquire Kaiser money? My character is not greedy, if that is a condition for robbing the emperor ...

Also, I play on v2.4.5 but do not have DLC Conclave.

I am going to experiment a little bit. I think I will try to re-shuffle imperial duchies a little bit, if the game will allow me to do so.
