Just like the title says... I looked in the directory and they are still there... it just seems like they aren't loading. any idea why?

i just had this problem recently your going to have to reinstall the patch cause it is a bad install!

Just start a new game and do not continue a saved game.
OR
Remove the path of the leader pics from your savegame.
