You should probably see activity start again closer to mid January, so it’s very likely no patch is coming out until mid to late January at the earliest

The last dev diary said they will come with more information about what 1.2 will contain in mid to late January, so I wouldn't expect the patch until mid February at the earliest.

We’re talking about computers. Your terrible experience could be permanent. Or you boot up one day and find that the game runs better for seemingly no reason but now one of your fans sounds just slightly different. Computers are weird.
