Hm.... anyone? Why on earth ~55% of my POP converted to fascism... and that was the conservative part. I dont have militancy problem... tax is 20%, tariff is low.

Anyway, it's 1929. Industial score ~100,000. Export is ~55,000.
Industrialization is ~70%. Most of the POP are not splited. Population is ~1b,600m. Population growth is 2.7m per month. Literacy is 87%.

I can easily achive 120,000+ IND score, but got very bored with POP converting and spliting... factory building is unbearable pain...

Are there any Chinese core territories not under China's rule. If there are, that helps stimulate POPs conversion to fascism. It's not all just militancy, it's also POP issues (jingoism for example - people want you to paint the world yellow and you remain peaceful, in an age of global empire) and if there are irredentas outside your control

speaking of Chinese cores.... why isn't Taiwan a Chinese core.

If you see one reason for Chinese fascism then I'd say that both Outer Mongolia, East Turkestan, Tibet and Taiwan should be Chinese cores. in 1919 and the May 4th demonstrations there were all sorts of demands on these provinces from Chinese students. It makes as much sense as making those provinces cores as giving Germany Alsace-Lorraine as a core.

It might partly be because the indigenous peoples of those areas are of a different ethnicity than the chinese and would rather be independent (Xinjiang/Sinkiang is a prime example. Inhabited as it is, primarily by Uighurs). OR it could because the Amur Watershed event shouldn't trigger just because China lost Mongolia.
