Just bought the game, where can I get an up to date manual?

I would love an up to date manual, I saw it mentioned that the original manual is now worthless, I read the wiki on republics, and that was nice but is just a tiny facet of the game. Is there a good FAQ or updated manual anywhere?

I am very familiar with paradox games and the engine, so I just need the raw data about how things work and interrelate.

I cannot register it right now because I am at work, but I will tonight.
