i noticed a 5.2k fleet power corvette fleet gets 6.1k fleet power with an gale speed admiral (+5% evasion and +20% sublight speed) but only 5.4k with an Aggressive admiral with the +5% fire rate even though he's 1 lvl higher than the gale speed one.. the gale speed one certianly does better in my test battle against a bunch of cruisers and destroyers cause the evasion is probably more important in keeping them alive im just wondering how they calculate the fleet power in general . thx

If I remember correctly evasion is weighted by the inverse of the remaing chance to be hit, for example all other things being the same, a fleet with 90% evasion has 10 times the fleet power of a fleet with no evasion.

This also means that fleets with high evasion are systematically overrated as soon as they fight fleets that have tracking.
