Hello! I'm just writing this post today to ask about working conditions on the dev teams of Paradox, since I'm looking at getting a computer science degree and eventually working at paradox myself (since Paradox has made almost every single grand strategy game I've ever played and gotten me into history through CK2/3 and EU4). What is it like to work at Paradox? Is there a lot of crunch, as is the case with other game dev companies? Do devs get a say in what they're actually creating?

Ah thanks, I'll look through it a bit, but I'd have to be superhuman to read all 458 pages in a couple of hours, so I'll just post the questions to the page either way.

There was an article on QA staffing at Paradox which you can find elsewhre in the forums, might have some insight into the larger culture (even if not QA). The article is pretty negative about QA at Paradox, but you might learn something from the indirect information they put in the article.
