My Suggestions and questions for the developers:

Can you tell us more about the upcoming judicial system?
Will it be possible, playing as an earl or a duke, to send a lawsuit to the king's court?
Will there be an opportunity to choose a defendant in a lawsuit?
Will there be an option to choose the matter of the lawsuit, such as the disputed earldom, the amount of money, to change the terms of a feudal treaty, or to demand punishment of the guilty party?
Will there be trials in the form of dueling?
Will there be trials in the form of ordeals - fights with beasts?
Will champions be used for such duels?
Will it be possible to influence the outcome of the trial by bribery or by using a hook on the judge.
Will it be possible to choose to partially satisfy a lawsuit when playing for the king?
Do you plan to add any contract variants to the game for which you can sue, such as loan contracts between feudal lords?
Will it be possible to foreclose on the debtor's property, such as artifacts in the treasury?
Will there be judicial precedent and case law in the game?
Will it be possible to change the case law by issuing judicial decisions that differ from established standards?
Will the judge have to spend prestige and stress on such changing decisions?
Will there be judicial functions for dukes and earls?
Will there be appellate review?
Will there be state filing fees?

Will it be possible to write arbitrarily constructed letters of demands, requests, or threats to other feudal lords.

I propose the following constructor of such letters and lawsuits:
You right-click on the defendant's portrait.
Choose from the menu: 1. File a lawsuit against him with a higher sovereign. 2.Send a letter to this character.

1.File a lawsuit.
In the window that opens you choose the subject of the lawsuit. For example, to claim a certain feudal title from the defendant on the basis of an existing claim. Require a certain amount of money from the defendant. Ask the defendant for an artifact. Demand a change in the vassal treaty. Declare the defendant's land claim invalid, etc.
Then you choose the cause of action. For example, point out that the defendant is a sadomite (or other secrets and hooks). The defendant has committed an attempted murder against you. Defendant failed to join the alliance war, as well as any other violations and crimes on the part of the defendant.
You then choose the additional punishments you ask to apply to the defendant, such as boiling him, torture him, behead him, exile him to a monastery, imprison him. It is also possible to demand a trial in the form of an armed court duel, or in the form of a ordeal (battle with the beast).
In the case of a trial in the form of a duel or ordeal, each side may substitute its champion for itself.

Then the judge considers all this and satisfies the lawsuit in part or in full.
If the judge is hooked, it increases the chances of winning.
You can check the "use hook on judge" box when sending the lawsuit.
You can also try to bribe the judge. It is also possible for a judge to demand a bribe.

Playing as a judge, you choose which claims to satisfy and which not. If your decision conflicts with well-established precedents, it takes prestige and stress depending on the judge's personality. In addition, extremely unfair judgments are an act of tyranny.

2.Send a letter to another character.
The letter is a pre-trial demand, intended to be enforced voluntarily if the defendant deems it fair or sufficiently intimidating.
The letter contains all the same elements as the lawsuit, only instead of the last block with penalties, there will be a block with threats. For example threatening to start a war, threatening to reveal a secret, threatening to exclude from the line of succession, threatening to change the feudal treaty, threatening to sue in court, etc.
When sending a letter, you can check the "use hook" box.
If the defendant is hooked, it increases the chance of satisfying the letter.

Bit of a preface I don't think the original post here is entirely serious it seems a bit satirical to me especially toward the end of the suggestions regarding an appellate court and filing fees and foreclosure (what exactly do you think you are playing) Also not really sure if these are suggestions or questions, you put it in suggestions area of the forum but the wording for most of these are questions in any case assuming you are referring to the announcement for Royal Court (as you have the words "the upcoming" in the second sentence) I think you might be reading a bit into this "judicial system" they announced

the only thing Paradox have released insofar as I can ascertain is a pretty vague and simplistic one sentence description :
  • "Interact with vassals and courtiers as they come to you with their problems, seeking a royal judgment."
In my mind that isn't really a judicial system, just sounds like there will be events that popup occasionally regarding courtiers, family, lords and clergy coming to you with minor disputes like two people in your court each saying they killed the same deer on a hunt and claiming its carcass or two neighboring lords or clergy having dispute over who has a certain set of serfs living in a village near their shared boundary, or your siblings fighting over inheritance and who has seniority following succession.
The usually sort of one off events that pop up and give you a choice of 3-4 options (siding with one or the other party, attempting to assuage both parties or dismissing / blowing them off)

Think there were similar events in CK2 where the nobility and the clergy were arguing over who had the right to forest land if memory serves

I highly doubt they are trying to make CK3 some lengthy arcane medieval legal simulator with lawsuits and long trials or, picking legal arguments and making cases and abiding by precedents and the like. (seeing as systems you are describing for the most part did not exist in this era)

Its in all likelihood just going to be a small event describing the conflict, the persons involved and the outcomes will give you a small opinion change with each person

Satirical or not, it's just wildly anachronistic. On top of that, it conflates civil and criminal law at times, as well as ignores the wild variance in the legal procedure across nations in this time period. And, in some cases, flat out confuses certain terms. Like trial by ordeal, which was the "trial" where the accused had to undergo some stupid challenge like walk on heated iron without screaming to "prove" their innocence. It was not some gladiatorial fight with "wild beasts".
