So first duel my character is wounded.
Second one severely wounded.
Thanks to that my fighting skills plummeted but i still must face impossible duels twice every month without any respite or time to heal? No one finds ridiculous?

You don't have to take the duels immediately. You don't have to take them at all, unless you are ready. I usually don't duel and don't lead troops during a war, if I'm wounded, stressed or depressed or have any other removable negative health modifier.
There are ways to improve your health (faster healing) and martial skill.
Health improvement: hunting, theology and family focus; pets (e.g., dog from hunting); asking for a long and healthy life from ancestors when wounded; martial specialisation (attainable from martial education and martial guardians/educators) can also improve your health; hunting focus can also trigger an event that makes you brawny. This event can be triggered, when marching troops during a war, as well.
Martial skill improvement: hunting and war focus events, weapons, armor, dueling, choosing a military aspect at the hero rank (duelist provides the highest PC bonus). It's risky, but you can also antagonize and become rivals with weaker opponents, then duel them. There are also warrior lodge events that can make you brave, ambitious and diligent. Learning focus can also make you diligent. Diligent, ambitious and patient improve all stats.

Bottom line: play it safe, take your time.

You will get slapped with penalty to prestige and negative traits like cowardly every time you refuse. More than that, you will get worse lodge bloodline. And rest of your post is inane too since generated foes get similar stats to yours, all the way to bears with 100+ duel stats.
Point is your character should not get shamed into fleeing from enemy due to being on the verge of death from wounds received in recent honorable battles.

Ah, only now did I notice that you meant the bloodline quest. (I thought you meant general dueling missions). Then, yes, the scaling is insane. But ironblood bloodline (resistance to injury and PC boost) is ok, too. At least you return alive. Prestige loss is not that big of a deal. Craven sucks, but hey, you are going to die soon anyway, as you are probably quite old, when you activate the quest.
