Had it a few times now...I'll quickly illuminate.
I'm the King of `X`, and one of my daring/strong vassals attacks nation `Y`. Well I dow on `Y`, as I have other claims on them, and win. I now have the option to join my vassals war, which in effect means I take over the war for him/her. So even though I have a `just signed 5 year treaty` with Y , I get to attack them immediately again, with no negative modifiers.....doesn't feel right.
N.B. I've had this as different Kings. The wars I was `taking over` for my Dukes were never Holy War or the like. They were always either strong/weak or de jure claims.
