Joining the betas from 1.05

As a few of you may have noticed, I have been commenting on some of the changes in the betas while still running 1.05. Now, this has to stop.

So, in order to upgrade to the 31 March beta, do I need to download 1.06 and 31 March beta, or 1.06 and every single beta up to 31 March, which is liable to make my ISP send me a polite but firm letter suggesting I leave their flatrate dialup service?
