It's not that I REFUSE Twitter it's just that it it's difficult to understand and use and also really stupid.

First of all: I did not intend to offend anyone by calling them Twitter refusers. Sorry if you were offended.

Also:
- This is not a thread to complain about Paradox DLC practices. This thread is here to make sure people who don't use Twitter etc don't miss out on information.
- Since I, and not Johan, started this thread. He might not be responding to your questions here. I suggest starting a thread on the specific feature you want to discuss, unless there already is one.
- Most of the stuff teased on Twitter will be explained in more detail, and get a larger discussion, in a Dev Diary in the near future.
