By the way, has there been made any consideration to the roman calendar? According to the romans, the year began in March.

Actually no, the Roman year began with in inugeration of the consuls. In the early republic it is believed the year started on the 1st May or the 1st July. It then moved to the 15th of March, but in the first centuary BC it moved to the 1st of January. That is why our year starts with the 1st of Janaury.

Not necessarily. In 2001 I had to order EU I from the UK because it wasn't available downunder (Australia).
