What I would really like to see, is a new button on the left menu: Job Management

When you click on it, it would give you a chart something like what Rimworld has, where you can assign people's priority to job types, but instead of people, you would list species. Then you can pick which species have highest priority to what kinds of job, which species are forbidden from doing a type of job, and which species have lowest priority on a job type. It would automatically incorporate settings for Residence and Slavery, automatically forbidding leadership and specialist jobs as appropriate.

Also let me mention my "yellow suitcase" idea again. You should get a yellow suitcase when a world has 0 free jobs. This could be done for housing too, 0 free houses available is a yellow icon, homeless population would be red icon.
