Is this normal? See the date.

Most of the Kingdom of Jerusalem will disappear before the first crusade is even called. Is this a bug?

Aquitaine is also disappearing in about 30 years.

Is there any way to reset the clock manually?

You have corrupted game. If you have Steam version do verify integrity of the game cache so steam check the files and downloads new ones for those that aren't correct. You can find it by pressin right mouse button over the CKII in library page and chosing properties -> local files -> verify integrity of the game cache. If this is a GG version you have to do full re-install. Uninstalling, deleting main game folder and the paradox interactive -> crusader kings II folder in my documents. Just remember to back up your save games from the folder in my documents folder. The checksum should be LFOE.

Perhaps. Run the game with no mods to see if you have the most up-to-date version. Most mods just alter the original game, so if those base files aren't right you might not have the appropriate experience.

Yeah run the game without mods and if the checksum is LFOE then the problem is in your mods.

I had to both disable all mods and verify the game files to get a normal checksum. Seems I have to go looking for some new mods, unless changing the checksum usually is harmless or at least normal.
