Japan vs. USSR, WTF!

I have managed to conquer most of eastern USSR, but when the Germans make peace with the USSR, I lose all of that territory, and I'm not even allied with Germany. WTF, I don't want to make peace, I want Siberia, why is it like that?

Can't even reload and make a separate peace, even though I have 71% a warscore, the USSR won't accept, WTF!

It's already fixed in the latest beta patch (released today).
