Establish Sekisho:
+5% tax income until death of ruler
+10% fort defense

cost= 546.7 ducats....uh this has got to be a bug...

cost= 543.8 ducats

You need half of yours year income.

I would argue that it should not scale that hard...I mean other countries dont give you ducats based on your annual income, when you win a war.

In EU3 i had to pay ~6000 for Golden Age of Dutch Painting sometimes (and i rly miss this decision).

Still, they can give you ALL their cash :3
