Japan military coup

Do you think the military coup that makes Japan fascist would have still happened if the earlier coup in the scenario that makes Japan nat. socialist was successful? I don't really know the history behind it, and I know this is a minor point.

Rather not, as Kodoha (or it's members in case of the second coupe) would already be in power.

Right, so I'm not sure that I'd get a second event making me more democratic, which is what it ends up doing.
