not happening to me thats the best part of playing ottoman empire SUPER AWESOME ARMIES but not me? its 1565 and no jannisary event occured reading from event file it has to be before 1500 for the first event? it never happend to me did i lose my jannisaries?

I don't understand, what's not happening, you mean the chain of events? You chose the provincial system and the Devshirme?

yes the event is not happening and yes i chose that provincal and the devshirme +1 revolt 10% tax and +1 revolt 10% manpower? correct
