Ivory on Madagascar is incorrect.

So I saw the chance to get Ivory there and thoght: Huh, I guess those Elephants can really swim.

But they cannot. As far as I can tell, from trusted Wikipedia and other sources, Elephants have never naturally lived on Madagascar. Thus making Ivory a chance there is incorrect and should be changed.

For the non existant Madagascar Elephants!

How is it splitting hairs when much of the world trade in Ivory comes from sources other than elephants? That's ... not a fine detail, it's sort of important to the entire trade thing.

That actually makes sense, as there are walruses in Greenland, and walrus tusks were used as ivory just like elephant tusks were.

Islands come in many sizes. Madagascar was firmly a part of the Swahili trade world even in 1444, with small communities of Shirazi traders here and there. I still think it's not outside the realm of possibility for anyone setting up shop there to trade in the things that people traded in in that general area.
