I have made multiple prisons in prison Architect mode and everytime I leave and then reload up the save I get my warden turn into the default warden and all the policies has been changed a default and all the programs are gone please help

Thank you so much for the feedback! Do you use and mods or can you give us some information on what DLC's you are using? We are going to try and replicate the issue and all information you can give us will help us locate the issue. I'm on ps4 and don't use mods but I do have these dlcs: second chances, escape mode, island bound, going green, psych ward and all day and night.
