I'm going camping for five days up near Oregon, tomorrow (errr, today) morning, just hoping to just get this installed as a welcoming gift when I get back.

On the bright side, I'll be able to tell a story in the years to come about this launch, similar to Lord-Martin's (I can just imagine King hunched back over the middle of the night desperately trying to describe Mobilization, etc. to the early released HoI III).


Also, if you're a non-West Coaster, I'm jealous of your dedication for this launch, it's almost 4 a.m. for you East-Coasters.

Same problem as above, missing VCOMP100.dll. I deleted earlier messed up installer, installing on top of a SF install 2.04d patch.

With the new downloader, i'm getting a new error message when i start the download: "An error has occurred while downloading. The download is now paused. You may unpause the download to try again. Error message: Server did not accept the request. (Server replied with HTTP status: 404, expected 200)".
Server overload?
On my side, the downloader has internet access rights grated, so shouldn't be a firewall issue (and i had no problems at all downloading with the earlier version this morning).

Dang, now I downloaded VCOMP100.dll manually, but it still doesn't work.
Keeps crashing or fails to start properly.
