Is it, I messed up my current game pretty badly by making one misclick, soon to be game over, if this happens again due to a poor click is it possible to revert?

yes, end ck2 in "processes" in task manager, just make sure the game doesn't autosave before you do. When you restart the game you'll be at the last autosave

But what's the point of playing Ironman doing so?
I think there's a bit of a difference between In-Game bad events giving you a Game Over, and a mis-click giving you a Game Over.
But, what do I know? I've never played Iron Man...
In case the game hasn't saved since that click you can do what @Castorem said. In any other case you're out of luck. You could try and make the best of it (which is what I'd do) or start a new game.
I've never played not Ironman and I, too, did some unlucky clicks. In most cases it was because of clicking to fast or reading tooltips not properly enough. And of course the occasional popup coming up exactly in the moment and place I just wanted to click.
But in neither case the result was as desastrous as your case seems to be.
I just cannot imagine a scenario where one wrong click means game over.
If your 25 skill healer fails to save your male heir dying from the common cold and the inability to kill all your daughters at birth now means that you will lose hours of work, it is possible to restart the game and avoid that result, depending on how long your save intervals are.

Why? You can still reload upon a ruler's death, if the game wasn't saved, just don't unpause.
Well I kept playing it until the end of the game, a marriage pop up appeared and I married my only heir, my daughter regularly, I had the -5000% fertility trait so there were going to be no more kids by me, I was trying to move my army and was clicking when the pop up appeared.
But my family didn't die off in that game but no more landed family after get so game over
I'm pretty sure taskkilling before the autosave is the only way to savescum in CK2, you can't copy save files like in EU4 and HOI4.
That's not so bad to fix. Just kill your daughter's husband (and any potential kids) and matrimarry her to someone else, assuming she's still able to have kids. Do you have no other family members at all? You could always switch to elective and nominate a distant relative.
The series of events that lead to it was horrific, I went from having families on 7 thrones and being an emperor to 25 years later game over something like 22 landed family members were displaced and killed within 8 years lost every crown but the one my character had. It's all good I started a new game already, because I for the Game over. It was a fun game, I had one other family member in the end but they had been disqualified from inheritance, and celibate homosexuals don't reproduce well so he didn't have any kids

The way you said it, it came off as if your character had married his heir (daughter)
I've had a few really good games end because of tarded female heirs. One pushed my next kang off a balcony for no reason at all. The other times it has just been because my level five hospital and 25 skill physician weren't enough to stop the game from ending because my heir got a runny nose.
Whenever you manually save in Ironman, do it twice or thrice. The game will create 1-2 copies of that save and they won't change (because the game will only save over the backup saves you you save the same spot 2-3x times again). You could then go back to the folder with them and pick up one of those backup saves and change its name to the current save game
Really? I've never noticed this happening, seems odd it would.
