We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It's not dead, they posted a tweet on the 16th saying they are working on it, but they can't say just yet.

I love the game and bought the architect mode and played for a few months now. I went to the info for Cabos and it kicked me back to trial mode says I gotta pay more and still no answers from anyone
