Items previously purchased thru in game store no longer available at start up

Support department - Hi there, had purchased a few additional great mages, spells and ability to start in different land types via the in game store. As of today and after reading the post about the store no longer being available I became curious and those items have disappeared. How can I please get them restored ?

Looking in to it! All the ownership data is stored, so this is a matter of the game not showing it. Not that it helps you at this percise moment, but rest assured that we still know what you have bought. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We tested it over here and it works for us when we are working against the live build.

The store should not be unavailable, you should still be able to click the store button. We just removed the possibility to buy the items.

To further investigate: please provide your Steam 64 id. You can find it by accsing your Steam community page.

The confusing part is that bought items are not shown inside store.

Only adviser voice pack is shown, not all bought content.

player1 fanatic: I realise that this might look a bit strange, but in our back end the system that keeps track of ownership is not at all connected to the system that sells stuff.

Unfortunately we can not have the items visible in the store without them being purchasable.

Consider for future patch to provide in-game interface, not tied to store, that will show currently owned content.

Purchased 'magical genius' perk with steam wallet. Perk was available before, but no longer shows up.
When I say that it does not show up, I mean that it does not show up anywhere, including on the perk selection screen of the game.

From what I can see you own the Elven World DLC & the Boons of Death pack.
Of these the Elven world starting perk should be available for all you when you customize a great mage & the spell "Rise of the dead" is available as a starting perk in the same way.

Could you check if this is the case?

He says "My DLC has been restored. Thank you again for your help.". It's not clear to me if you did anything, or it just got better by itself? But thanks for looking into it.

It would be nice if somewhere on the title screen, like under modlist maybe?, the game told you what DLC you have installed.
