Hello everyone.
I'm a new player and I've started my 1st game as Piedmont-Sardinia.
In 1943 Garibaldi leads his famous expedition. Ok it seems that this event happens at random time.
I accept to become Italy (despite the fact that I've done nothing)... and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies is still independent !
All the other Italian states are now part of Italy, but the Two Sicilies is not ?
Is this normal ?

This happens if one of the Italian states becomes a great power.

What you need to do is add all of them to your sphere of influence before this is possible, or annex them, whichever takes your fancy.

I played as the Papal States to unify Italy, and took over half of Two Sicilies before adding them to my sphere, also be sure to add Venice, or Austria keeps them.
