It's WW1, and I, as Germany, have quickly dealt with France and Great Britain in Autumn 1914. By Spring 1915, Serbia is in the general retreat, soon to be annexed, while a major offensive operation is taking place in Russia. Still, even without a backup of France and Great Britain, Italy refuses the Austria concession and declares a futile war.
It's 1916, and Russia has lost most of it's army in a giant pocket in Poland. The Petrograd has fallen. A Kerensky comes into power. And to celebrate that, few days later Romania declares war on the Central Powers.
My point is, the Italy and Romania entry into the war are too strictly scripted. Italy would never have entered the war if France would have been defeated by 1914. Romania entry of war was encouraged by a massive Brusilov offensive, that dealt a massive blow to Austria. With Russia badly loosing, it would have stayed neutral.
Can we hope that these issues will be looked at in the comming patch. Because as of now, Italy and Romania entry into the war when CP victory is allready assured only benefits the player playing as Germany or Austria.
